CHILD MEAL
Children till 5 years of age complimentary on sharing bed with the parents basis.
In case child age in between 5-12 years INR 750 per child chargeable extra for the meals daily.
In case child age in between 12-18 years INR 1500 per child chargeable extra for the meals daily.
EXTRA ADULT
Extra Adult chargeable INR 2000 for the meals daily.
EXTRA BEDDING
Extra Mattress in the room INR 600 per day. Only one extra mattress can be provided in each room.
Prepayment of Reservation
The hotel requires FULL prepayment of reservations directly to the Resort or Sales Office in Delhi by either in Cash, Draft/ cheque which should be in favour of “Kanatal Resorts & Spa Pvt. Ltd.” & received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. In case reservation is made in a period lesser than 30 days, payment is to be done in full by cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the reservation =
Within/less than 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges i.e. the value of entire room/s booking or full package price of rooms together with the applicable government taxes will be charged. If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no retention charges for cancellation i.e. full room tariff will be refunded.
Validity

Separate Rooms for Domestic Maids and Servants available on request. Drivers & Domestic Employees are not allowed in the Restaurant & Other Public Areas of the Resort. No Outside Food, Beverages & Liquors are allowed in Resort Premises.
